Making sure your Audio Visual solution is up and running when you need it is critical, which is why we provide a host of service options. Each element of your AV system can be serviced and maintained on a regular basis and/or be given an annual health check to make sure all is as it should be. We also provide maintenance agreements to fit in with business requirements.
REALTIME MANAGEMENT

We provide a host of remote management tools that allow us to provide the best possible service to our client. When you invest in a new audio visual solution we are able to add you to our "Realtime" cloud monitoring platform. Built in-house, this provides our clients with the safe knowledge that we watch their system performance 24/7. With "Realtime", we are able to fix issues before they become a problem without needing access to site.
SERVICE AGREEMENTS
With all technology, things do need a helping hand from time to time. This is why we offer a host of service agreement options for you, enabling support for your investment 365 days a year. Our services cover 1st line telephone support, 2nd line technical support connecting our engineering team remotely or via the phone and 3rd line on-site technical support to get you back up and running. We offer a range of agreement levels dependent on your needs which include remote access with live monitoring and multiple options on response time.
